Aspire Psychological Group is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in evidence-based child and teen therapy to join our team in Upper Saddle River, NJ.
We are a private-pay practice focused on evidence-based care for anxiety, OCD, school refusal and behavioral concerns. This role is for a clinician who wants to do focused clinical work without the constraints of an insurance-driven model.
What you’ll do:
- Provide individual therapy for children and teens with anxiety, OCD, school refusal and behavioral concerns, plus parent support
- Use evidence-based approaches, including CBT and ERP
- Work as part of a small, collaborative clinical team
The details:
- Location: 345 NJ-17, Suite 33, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458. Primarily in person.
- Pay: $90 to $125 per session
- Schedule: Part-time, growing to full-time as your caseload builds. No weekends.
- Benefits: W2 position with a monthly health insurance stipend, an annual continuing education allowance and paid time off
- Support: Office staff handle scheduling and intake paperwork, so you can focus on clinical care
What we’re looking for:
- Active New Jersey LCSW license (a New York license is a plus)
- Experience working with children and teens
- A commitment to evidence-based care
